Nothing. Listing on GymNextDoor is completely free. We take a small service fee from the renter's payment — what you set as your session rate is what you take home, minus a small Stripe processing fee.
Yes — hosts are required to hold appropriate public liability insurance before listing. This protects you if a renter is injured while using your space. Many home insurance policies can be extended to cover this.
Our platform terms require renters to treat your space with respect. In the event of damage, you should raise it directly and contact us — we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
GymNextDoor uses a quality tier system — Bronze (£15), Silver (£20) and Gold (£25) per session. You choose the tier that best reflects your setup. This keeps pricing fair and transparent for everyone.
Payments are processed through Stripe and paid out to your bank account weekly, every Friday. Your first payout may take a little longer while Stripe verifies your account.
Yes — if you have multiple spaces you can create a separate listing for each one, each with its own availability, photos and entry instructions.
